Founder of the organisation & A Technocrat with an acute sense of business. A Mechanical Engineer from Pune, he started ROTEX in 1967 in the field of Textile Engineering & machine Building. He developed the company from a small shed into a Multi faceted & multi location organisation. Organisation vision, Directions, Aims & Goals are set by him.

A Mechanical Engineer from Mumbai, he was the marketing & sales incharge of the Organisation till 1987 & now is the Managing Director of Unit at V.U.Nagar. He joined the organisation in 1969, was in charge of operations at the Dombivli unit till 1982 & then took over the marketing. He is responsible for all matters of Human Resources & Customer relations in the Organisation.

A Mechanical Engineer from Manipal, he is incharge of the unit at Vadodara. He joined the Organisation in 1982 at Dombivli & moved on to Vadodara in 1983. Since then, he looks after the unit at Vadodara. He is also responsible for the monitoring of all financial activity as well as financial planning in the Organisation.

A Mechanical Engineer from Manipal, he is incharge of the unit at Dombivli. He joined the Organisation in 1984 at Dombivli & moved on to Vadodara in 1985. He moved back to Dombivli in 1989 to look after the unit. As the technology man in the Company, he is responsible for all Engineering, Designs, Development of products, Production Processes & monitoring of Technical complaints from customers.
