Also Rotex has started to make his workshop completely automatic with installation of first robot at Dombivali plant. Also Rotex follow manufacturing philosophy like cell base manufacturing, Kaizen and 5s etc. These make the in-house production quite efficient and thus helping it rolling out products at very competitive prices. Apart from the in-house facilities Rotex has developed a strong base of vendors and suppliers for outsourcing of components and sub assemblies. Periodic expansion of the manufacturing facilities and the necessary infrastructure in response to the market demand is an ongoing continuous process at Rotex. Our R&D team works meticulously to ensure innovative and cutting edge technology products to meet the specific industrial demands. With 3 robust manufacturing units managed by 150 skilled professionals, we are able to produce 60,000 Solenoid Valves, 20,000 Actuators, 10,000 Pneumatic Cylinders, and 10,000 Butterfly Valves every month.
