- Number of valves can be in any combination. Maximum valves limited to 22 Solenoids.
- There are no limitations to the number of valves due to its modular construction. lt is more dependent on the flow rate of each valve. The total flow rate cannot exceed 6000 lit/min. The total flow rate is the flow rate maximum at any given time when multiple valves are operated simultaneously.
- Easy recognition for the valves. All the valves are numbered and can be altered as per the wiring diagram of the customer.
- The protection is as per lP65.

- Multi air pressure ports. Up to 3 different pressure ports. The valves are available with a blocking cartridge. This allows the customer to have two or three different air sources.
- Interface with CANOPEN, DEVICENET, PROFIBUS and ASi available.
- Air inlet and exhaust are provided on both the sides for the tubing convenience.
- Pilot exhaust is common for easy porting. The pilot exhaust is properly gasketed and is then brought to the end plates for tubing.This ensures no oil leaks inside the panel. The noise level also gets reduced due to the tubing.
- No lubrication is required. YXE is life time lubricated.
- Long life EMATAL anodized body. Spool is hard anodized, with high life seals.
The body is treated with special anodizing treatment with Titanium Oxide and Moly Oxide for high resistance to corrosion. The Moly gives self lubricating property for high life. The seals are floating for most of the stroke. The seals are designed for self compensation. - Spring less valves. Spool returns with air. These features make the valve have a small response time and a long life. The single solenoid valves are provided with the spring only to ensure that the spool is in home position on air failure.
- Multi version possible in the same size. 5/2 single or double solenoid, all versions of 5/3 and two 3/2 valves can be available in the same body.
- The construction of the main valve body does not change. Hence the customer can order a kit to change from one version to another. Similarly 2/2 version can be chosen.
- Coil Voltage, 12 V, 24V, 110V, DC or 48 V,110 V, 220 V AC, 50Hz or 60 Hz.
- Intrinsically safe option available. 1200 operations / min.
- Valves can be converted to dual flow by converting all valves to external air, inlet in 3 & 5 & exhaust in 1.

FEATURES :
EXTERNAL AIR :
For low pressure & vacuum application, YXE valves can be converted to external air just rotate the seal. All or any one valve can be converted to external air by rotating the cover seal. The seals are marked with internal and external signs for ease of conversion.
EASY MAINTENANCE :
Fully serviceable by the end user. All the parts are fully interchangeable. All the soft parts are replaceable and can be serviced at the customers end. No special techniques are required to maintain the products.
LIGHT INDICATION :
High glow LED for better indication. All LED are covered by an optical lens. This enables the indication to be seen clearly in day light where as in the panel the glow looks optimised.
D-CONNECTOR :
Standard 25 pin D connector is used for solenoid connection, which can be adjusted in two positions. The D connector male fits on the female D connector with the water proof gasket. For top entry and side entry, the gaskets are different. Customer can change the direction of interface from top to side.
INSTANT TUBE CONNECTOR :
YXE can be supplied with built in pipe connectors which can be used for direct pipe mounting. Thus the valves are directly suited for tubing. The valve island can have multiple options on the ports.
MULTIPLE PORTS :
Can be used for 1/8 or 1/4 BSP or NPT. One Island can have 1/8 or 1/4 ports on different valves.
FOOT MOUNTING :
Foot mounting is available as a standard feature. In case of field mounting the foot mounting can be used.
DIN RAIL :
DIN rail mounting is available as a standard feature. The mounting and lock for the DIN rail is standard. Click mounting makes the mounting on the panel easy.
CARTRIDGE FLEXIBILITY :
Extra valve blocks can be added or one or more can be removed. The valve can be added at the customers end. The wiring is done for all the pins. The customer can choose the option of replacing the complete harness.
MULTIPLE INLETS :
Two different pressure or vacuum inlets can be given by using Blocking Cartridge, where the Exhaust & pilot ports are common and are not blocked. Twin pressure can either be vacuum or low pressure as desired. Middle port can be used for pressure gauge connection.
