HYDRAULIC OVERRIDE :
This is an additional feature provided in both the single acting and double acting actuators as is clear from the figure.
Hydraulic Oil Tank
The tank is suitable for sufficient oil quantity (up to twice the volume of Hydraulic cylinder). It is provided with level indicator. (It is recommended to order low temperature oil or fill silicon oil suitable up to (-40O C.)The material of construction of tank is Stainless Steel.
Hand Valve
The rotary hand valve provides 4/3 function. The power stroke can be used in both direction. Neutral position provides Auto / Pnematic mode.
Hand Pump
The pump is operated by hand generating up to 150 bar, or 2000 PSI for the power stroke. The lever is adoptable to the length suited. The lever is not a part of supply. The tank & valves are connected to pump & cylinder by stainless steel tubing. The number of stokes required is depended an on the site of the actuator.
Equalizing Valve
This valve meter connects both the chambers of the cylinder to minimize the resistance under auto mode.
